Tomasa offers complimentary shipping on all orders. They are typically processed the following business day, excluding holidays and during high volume seasonal periods. As soon as we start packing your order we will send you a shipment confirmation email with the delivery information and a link to track your order online. Please note that it can take some days before the tracking information is uploaded.

Preorder gives you the opportunity to buy an item that will become available at a later date. The expected shipping day is specified in the product description.
TAXES AND DUTIES
All international buyers are responsible for import duties and taxes, these are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. In case the client refuses the order or pays the duties/taxes, shipping and extra costs will be deducted from the refund. We are not responsible for customs delays and transit times provided by courier are not necessarily guaranteed. However we work closely with the courier companies to minimize any delay in delivery.
DELIVERY FAILURE
If after two attempts delivery of your parcel becomes impossible, the courier will try to find a safe place to leave it, and will also leave a note to let you know where your parcel is and how to pick it up. If you are going to be in the place of delivery at the convened time, please contact them to arrange another delivery.
If 15 days after your parcel is available for delivery the parcel has not been delivered for reasons not attributed to us, we will understand that you want to cancel the agreement and it will therefore be terminated. Following said termination we will refund you the price paid for such products as soon as possible and in any event within a maximum of 30 days from the date we deem the agreement to be determined. In such a case, we will be authorized to charge you the transportation cost arising from the shipping and termination cost.
RETURNS
Once you have received your order, you have 15 days to make a return. Please note that the return must be received in our warehouse before the 15 days. All items must be in their original condition. Also all the labels must remain attached. Any returns received which do not meet our return policy requirements may be refused. If you are receiving multiple shipments for the same order, please wait until you have received everything to initiate your return.
Customers are responsible for the entire return process and also the generated return costs. We are not able to provide any prepaid label. If you are interested in return a product, please follow the following steps:
1. Please, send us an email to info@curatedbytomasa.com with the order number and your email account to start the process of your return.
2. Prepare the package: The returned articles should be in perfect conditions, packaged in the original remittance and the labels must remain attached. We kindly ask you to use the original package.
3. Send the package to: Tomasa, Calle Picavia 5, 2D - 15004 A Coruña, Spain.
Orders returned to us without a return authorization may face delays in processing.
Also please note, duty or customs charges may be incurred during the reintroduction on returns outside of the European Union. If so, this cost could be deducted from your refund when the return is processed.
CANCELLATIONS
Orders can be canceled with a €10 fee before shipping takes effect. This amount will be deducted from the refund when it is processed.
If we receive cancellation notice once the package is shipped, we will consider it a return.
REFUNDS
The refund will automatically be issued, using the same method of payment which you used for the original purchase. Refunds will appear in your bank account within 3 – 5 working days after processing your order.
QUALITY GUARANTEE
Please, kindly note that in case that you receive a damaged garment or package you must notify us within 24h attaching a picture of both. Also, we highly recommend you to specify “damaged package” to the courier at the delivery.
NOTE: Tomasa goal is to describe the products at the Website as correctly as possible. However, please note that due to the color settings of your computer, the colors of the products shown in the pictures on the Website can differ somewhat from their actual colors. Tomasa cannot be held responsible for any such discrepancy. Due to the artisan nature of all our products, some of them may contain marks in the paint, clay or fabric properly of the whole artisanal process. Please note, these characteristics are not considered defects and will not apply for a free return, refund or discount.
